Return Conditions
Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
You are liable for diminished value from handling beyond what is necessary to examine the goods.
Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed hygiene products, if unsealed
- Custom or personalized goods
- Sealed audio/video/software, if unsealed
- Perishable goods
- Digital content (if download started with consent)
- Items clearly marked as "Final Sale"
2-Year Legal Guarantee
Under EU law, all products come with a 2-year legal guarantee against defects. If your item is defective, you have the right to:
