Send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
Refund processing
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except any additional costs for express delivery).

Return conditions
Items must be:
Unused and in their original condition
In the original packaging with labels attached
Accompanied by proof of purchase
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed hygiene products once opened
- Custom-made or personalised goods
- Sealed audio, video or software once opened
- Perishable goods
- Digital content (once the download has started with your consent)
- Items clearly marked as "Final sale"
2-Year Legal Guarantee
Under EU law, all products carry a 2-year legal guarantee against defects. If your item is defective, you are entitled to:
