Our factory is in Plovdiv
Most flooring companies in Plovdiv resell imported goods. We make the floor here — from the log to the finished board. That means shorter lead times, a better price and one team responsible for everything. No middlemen, no import lead times.
We dry the oak ourselves: in our own computer-controlled kilns. The right moisture content in the wood is the difference between a floor that stays put and a floor that moves.
We grade the material by hand: every board passes under a human eye before it goes into the floor. We select the grain, color and grade to suit the project.
We lacquer and oil on our own line: a new line with Loba UV systems. We finish in the factory or after installation — depending on the floor.
Authorized distributor: Loba and Vermeister (finishes) and Wakol (adhesives) — we have worked with them for ~20 years; we do not buy them at retail.

Free on-site measurement
We come to you in Plovdiv or the surrounding region. We measure precisely, inspect the subfloor and bring samples to view in daylight.
Samples and quote
You choose the color and the finish in person. You receive a clear quote — no hidden items, with exact quantities.
Production 2–4 weeks
We make the floor at our factory in Trud. For complex colors the lead time can reach 6 weeks.
Delivery and installation
We deliver from Trud and install with our own team — tongue and groove, glued down with a 2-component adhesive.
Final lacquer or oil (Loba)
We finish with Loba systems — UV lacquer, UV oil or hardwax. One tone across the whole floor.
Warranty and maintenance
10 years on the wood, 5 on the installation. One point of contact for any future maintenance and sanding.
Installation in Plovdiv and the region
Installation determines how long the floor will last. That is why we do not subcontract it — we do it with our own teams, trained on our own product.
Our own teams, not subcontractors
The installation teams are ours, not subcontractors. They know how the plank flooring we made ourselves behaves, which adhesive goes on which subfloor and how the transition to another floor covering is made. If there is a problem, you come to us — there is no one we can pass you on to.

We work in Plovdiv, Asenovgrad, Karlovo, Parvomay and the surrounding region. Deliveries leave from Trud, so lead times are short. Outside the region — Sofia, Varna, Burgas and Bansko.
Warranty and on-site maintenance
We remain available after the installation. If maintenance or sanding is needed years later, we come back. 10 years on the wood, 5 on the installation.
Honestly: natural wood is not for bathrooms and wet rooms. For the transition to a bathroom, or for areas with constant moisture, we recommend Velvet Stone SPC vinyl or tiles — we tell you this beforehand, not after the installation.
