Engineered oak flooring
A 4 mm oak top layer on birch plywood, with tongue and groove. Stable with underfloor heating. Thickness 16/19 mm, width 90–220 mm.

Herringbone and chevron
The classic pattern that makes a room. Oak, precisely laid, with exact geometry. Suited to living rooms and formal spaces.

Solid oak flooring
Oak all the way through, 20 mm thick. It can be sanded many times over its life. The floor that lasts for generations — literally the same wood.

Art parquet
Rosettes, figural panels and friezes, all made by hand. The only manufacturers in Bulgaria. The colors come from the natural wood.

Wooden stairs
Stairs in the same oak as the floor — one continuous look from the ground floor up. Solid or engineered, finished with Loba systems.

Terrace decking

No middlemen, no import lead times
Most flooring companies in Sofia resell imported goods. We don't. We make the flooring ourselves in Trud and install it at your place. That changes three things at once — the quality, the price and the lead time.
Quality control: we dry the oak in our own computer-controlled kilns and hand-select every board. We see every stage — no one else touches the product between us and you.
Price with no reseller markup: you buy from the factory, not from somewhere in the middle of a chain. One less step means one less markup.
3–6 weeks instead of 2–4 months: we make to order here. Importers wait for a container from abroad. Our factory is 150 km from Sofia, not on another continent.
Our own installation teams in Sofia: the same people who make the floor lay it. One warranty for everything — no shifting of blame between manufacturer, importer and installer.
Showroom in Sofia
Come and touch the wood. A photo on a screen doesn't show the grain, the weight or the finish. Here you can choose color, width and finish at your own pace — with samples in hand.
From consultation to finished floor
One contractor all the way — from the first inquiry to the warranty. No handovers between companies, no surprises with the lead time.

Free measuring in Sofia
We come to your address, measure precisely and check the subfloor. If you like, we bring samples — so you can choose on the spot, in your own light.
Samples and quote
You choose the type, color, width and finish. You receive a clear quote with price, lead time and scope. You confirm before we start.
Production in Trud 2–4 weeks
We make the parquet to order in our factory. Drying, grading, lacquering and oiling with Loba UV systems.
Delivery and installation in Sofia
We bring the floor with our own transport. We lay it glued down with a 2-component PU adhesive — our own teams, not subcontractors.
Finishing with Loba
We finish on site — lacquer, oil or hardwax. One finish across the whole floor, with no difference in sheen between the elements.
Warranty and maintenance
10 years on the wood, 5 on the installation. One point of contact for the warranty. When it needs sanding years later, we come back ourselves.
