Standard terms and conditions of sale of ARTISTICO EOOD

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the sale of goods and services by ARTISTICO EOOD (hereinafter the "Seller") to its customers (hereinafter the "Customers"). Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Products and services

The Seller offers Customers various goods and services listed on the official website or in the company catalogue. The Seller reserves the right to change the list of products and services at any time.

3. Prices and payment

Prices of products and services are those stated in the current price list unless otherwise specified. Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Payment may be made by bank transfer or by other methods offered by the Seller. Payment is due at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed.

4. Orders and confirmation

An order becomes valid once confirmed by the Seller, with confirmation sent to the Customer by email or other message. The Seller may decline an order without stating a reason.

5. Delivery

Delivery of the products and materials, and carrying them to the floor where the work takes place, are arranged by the Customer unless otherwise agreed at order confirmation. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by third parties or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Right of withdrawal

Customers may withdraw from an order placed through the online shop within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, in accordance with the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act. Within this period returns are free of charge — return costs are borne by the Seller.

For returns made between day 15 and day 30 after receipt, return costs are borne by the Customer.

In both cases the goods must be returned in their original packaging and condition, together with proof of purchase.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to order or to the Customer's individual specification, under Art. 57(3) of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act. This includes: wood-art flooring (rosettes, figural panels and friezes), parquet produced to dimensions, colour or finish specified by the Customer, and made-to-measure wooden stairs.

7. Warranties

The Seller provides a warranty on its products where stated, in accordance with the terms of the manufacturer or supplier. In the event of a defect, the Customer must contact the Seller within the warranty period.

8. Liability

The Seller is not liable for damage arising from improper use of the goods or from actions taken by the Customer that do not follow the product instructions.

9. Personal data protection

The Seller undertakes to protect Customers' personal data in accordance with data protection legislation. Personal data provided by the Customer will be used solely to fulfil the order and to communicate with the Customer.

10. Changes to these terms

The Seller reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Amendments will be published on the Seller's website and take effect upon publication.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Any disputes arising from them will be settled by the competent court in the Republic of Bulgaria.
