Alba Art parquet

An eight-rayed star inscribed in a square — each ray is assembled from two triangles, one light and one dark, so that the volume comes through. Oak gives the light half and the background, walnut the dark one and the thin frame running around. The pair shown is a suggestion: we change one or both woods, and the star stays as it is. Suits square rooms and entrance spaces where the floor has a centre point.
