A classical acanthus scroll: the spirals unfold to the left and to the right, and a small palmette stands between them. Ash holds the light background, doussie cuts the spirals and both edges, oak fills the leaves with a softer tone. The corner has a drawing of its own — a large acanthus leaf and a frame that steps inwards. The three woods in the photograph can be exchanged for others; the geometry of the ornament stays intact. It sits well in a hallway and in a large living room.
