A fine interlace of scrolls, with a rosette of eight petals at every repeat. Ash is the light field, wenge draws the main wave and the two edges, doussie holds the rosettes and the finer curls. The corner is worked out separately — a large spiral that turns the movement. The lines go down to a few millimetres, so we cut with a laser and assemble by hand. The three woods swap around to taste; the pattern stays as it is.
