England Rosette

A radiating star fills the centre — long wedges of oak and wenge alternate from the centre outwards and end in broken points. Around it runs a light oak ring with a vine winding along it: the stems are wenge, the leaves walnut. A narrow walnut circle separates the star from the ring. We replace any of the three with a lighter or a darker one — the geometry does not change. A large circle for a spacious room with few pieces of furniture.
