Goddess Rosette 1

A round rosette of eight fan-shaped palmettes, closed within a chain of interlacing circles. Ovals stand between the fans, and at the centre — an eight-rayed rosette with curved petals. Oak is the main field, ash outlines the bands and the circles, walnut fills the drops of the fans, wenge runs as a thin thread along the edge. The woods are not locked — each one is replaced with a lighter or a darker, with no change to the drawing. It is quiet and does not argue with the furniture.
