Yin & Yang Rosette 1

Two mirrored flower groups turn against one another, and the long stems run far outwards and curl like ribbons. The field is ash, cut into rays from the centre — a light background against which everything else shows. Doussie gives the brick-coloured bands, wenge the thin dark thread, oak the warm petals in the flowers. This combination is a suggestion — we change any of the woods and the movement of the pattern is not lost. It is good for a bedroom or a living room.
