Clematis Rosette

Sixteen petals open out from a small core, and around them runs a ring of acanthus scrolls and fan palmettes. Ash makes the flower, oak is the field between and around it, walnut outlines the contours and the outer edge, cherry gives the orange curves, wenge — the thinnest lines. The woods here are not fixed: you choose a lighter or a darker option for each of them, the pattern is kept. Suitable for a square entrance hall or under a chandelier.
