Wing Rosette

A circle in which eight pairs of curved leaves open out like wings around a smooth central field. The outer band is dark, and light palmettes repeat across it at even steps. The ash carries the background, the wenge cuts out all the silhouettes, the oak fills the fans, and the pink and orange accents come from cherry and doussie. The combination shown is not obligatory — any of the five woods can be replaced with another without touching the pattern.
