Mariner's Compass Rosette

A compass rose with eight long and eight short rays, and on the outer ring — the markings of the directions. Oak holds the inner field, ash gives the white rays and the wide ring, doussie goes into the dark red rays and into the letters, wenge outlines the contours. The woods shown are a suggestion — we change any one of them and the pattern stays the same. Suits an entrance, a corridor or the middle of a large room.
