Richard the Lionheart Rosette 2

A diamond with an oak field and a thin edging, and in the centre — an interlace of bands that closes into a cross with four arms. The red blocks run in steps, the cream bands interlace over them, acanthus leaves sit in the corners, and at the points — small coloured figures. Oak is the ground, the doussie gives the red, the ash the bands, the walnut the leaves, the wenge the thin outlines. The woods are not fixed — any of the five can go to another tone while the drawing stays.
