Sweet Dreams Rosette

A large dark figure with rounded forms takes up almost the whole light field, and between its lobes sharp star-shaped gaps of light are left. Down the left a swarm of small circles scatters — like bubbles, each one a different size. Ash gives the pale background, wenge — the silhouette and part of the circles, doussie holds the wide outer ring, walnut and oak run in the thin bands between them. The woods are not fixed: we change any one of the five and the drawing stays. It wants a quiet room — a child's room or a bedroom.
