Tsar Rosette

A cross-shaped field with rounded sides sits in the centre, and an acanthus ornament lies over it; around it a wide light ring carries fine scrolls and four palmette cartouches. The ash holds the light field, doussie makes the dark red core, the oak gives the olive leaves of the acanthus, the walnut draws the thin lines and the outer edge. The woods are not locked — any of them can be changed and the ornament stays as it is. For a formal hall or a large entrance.
